1. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable:

Due to the custom nature of our products, including those with personalized logos, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for these items unless there is a defect in the product or an error on our part (such as a mistake in the logo, incorrect item, or other production issues).

By placing an order for a custom item, you acknowledge and agree that the item is made to your specifications and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable. 

2. Artwork or Image Approval Process:

Before proceeding with your custom order, we will send you a digital artwork or image for your approval. Please carefully review the artwork or image for accuracy regarding logo placement, design, and product details.

Once you approve the artwork or image, you confirm that all details are correct. We are not responsible for errors after the artwork or image has been approved.

3. Exceptions (Defective or Incorrect Products):

Defective Items: If your custom item arrives defective, damaged, or does not match the approved design, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no extra cost to you.

Incorrect Products: If we made a mistake in fulfilling your order (e.g., wrong logo, wrong item), please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund or send you a replacement product as soon as possible.

4. Return Conditions:

For all returns (for defective or incorrect items only), the following conditions must be met:

• Items must be returned in their original condition: This includes the product, all original packaging, tags, manuals, and any accessories that were included with the purchase.
• Wearables: Must be unworn (except for trying on purposes), unwashed, and with all original tags still attached. The items should show no signs of wear or use.

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement:

To request a refund or replacement due to a defect or incorrect order, please contact us at 017-308 4188 within 5 days of receiving the product.

Please provide photos of the defective or incorrect product to help us process your request quickly.

If your return request is approved, we will cover any return shipping costs for defective items.

6. Shipping Costs:

Non-refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Return Shipping: If a return is authorized due to a mistake on our part (defective or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is requested for any other reason (e.g., customer change of mind), the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
