3. Artwork confirmation: Our sales team will send the final artwork to the customer for review and confirmation before proceeding to the next step.
4. Design Preparation: The design is digitized and adjusted for the material and engraving size.
5. Laser Engraving: The material is placed under the laser, and the design is engraved.
6. Sample: We will proceed with the first sample, sent as a photo, for the customer to check if the design follows the artwork.
7. Production: After the customer approves the first sample, we will proceed with the production of the remaining items.
8. Cleaning & Inspection: The engraved product is cleaned and inspected for quality.
9. Packaging: The engraved items are checked for quality and ready for delivery.
